Prof. Mohammad S. Obaidat Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat (Life Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of SCS and Fellow of AAIA) is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date about One Thousand and Two Hundred (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and about 70 Book Chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals. He is the founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. Moreover, he is founder or co-founder of 5 International Conferences. Title：Blockchain and AI-based Engine Fault Detection Smart Schemes for Autonomous Vehicles and Energy Trading for EVs Coordination.

Prof. Kuei-Fang Hsiao Kuei-Fang Hsiao is currently a Professor with the Department of Information Systems, University of Sharjah, Sharjah. She is a Senior member of the IEEE. She is an Associate Editor of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems (since 2013~present) and Editor of Journal of Platform Technology (since 2014~present). She has served as Program Chair in IEEE CITS 2014, Registration Chair in IEEE CITS 2015, Vice General Chair in IEEE CITS 2016, Executive General Chair in IEEE CITS 2017~2019 and Executive General Chair in IEEE CCCI 2020.
