Prof. Mohammad S. Obaidat
University of Jordan, Jordan

Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date (2023) over One Thousand and Two Hundred (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and 70 Book Chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals. He is the founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. Moreover, he is the founder or co-founder of 5 International Conferences. Among his previous positions are Advisor to the President of Philadelphia University for Research, Development and Information Technology, President and Chair of Board of Directors of the Society for Molding and Simulation International (SCS), Senior Vice President of SCS, SCS VP for Membership and SCS VP for Conferences, Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University, Founding Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of Sharjah, Chair and tenured Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science and Director of the MS Graduate Program in Data Analytics at Fordham University, Chair and tenured Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Graduate Program at Monmouth University, Chair and Professor of Computer Science Department at University of Texas-Permian Basin, Distinguished Professor at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Dhanbad. He has served as ABET/CSAB evaluator and on IEEE CS Fellow Evaluation Committee. He has served as IEEE CS Distinguished Speaker/Lecturer and an ACM Distinguished Lecturer. Since 2004 has been serving as an SCS Distinguished Lecturer. He received many best paper awards for his papers including ones from IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, AICSA, CITS, SPECTS, DCNET and IEEE ICCCA International conferences. He also received Best Paper awards from IEEE Systems Journal in 2018 and in 2019 (2 Best Paper Awards). In 2020, he received 4 best paper awards from IEEE Systems Journal and also in 2021 received the best paper award from IEEE System Journal. During his tenure as founding dean of college of Computing and Informatics at the University of Sharjah, the computer science program has been ranked by Times for Higher Education (THE) as NUMBER 1 in UAE and for the first time in the history of the university. He also received many other worldwide awards for his technical contributions including: The 2018 IEEE ComSoc-Technical Committee on Communications Software 2018 Technical Achievement Award for contribution to Cybersecurity, Wireless Networks, Computer Networks and Modeling and Simulation, SCS prestigious McLeod Founder's Award , Presidential Service Award, SCS Hall of Fame –Lifetime Achievement Award for his technical contribution to modeling and simulation and for his outstanding visionary leadership and dedication to increasing the effectiveness and broadening the applications of modeling and simulation worldwide. He also received the SCS Outstanding Service Award. He was awarded the IEEE CITS Hall of Fame Distinguished and Eminent Award. He also received the Nokia Distinguished Fellowship Award and Fulbright Distinguished Scholar Award, among others. He was ranked recently by research.com agency as the number ONE Computer Scientist and number ONE Scholar in Electronics and Electrical Engineering in Jordan. In recognition of his significant scientific contribution, Springer published in 2022 a book honoring his contributions in Computing, Informatics, Networking and Cybersecurity. It is entitled: Advances in Computing, Informatics, Networking and Cybersecurity - A Book Honoring Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat’s Significant Scientific Contributions. Prof. Obaidat is a Life Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of AAIA and a Fellow of SCS.

1.Jianping An, a second level professor and doctoral supervisor, holds the positions of the dean of the School of Cyberspace Security at Beijing Institute of Technology, national level talent, and chief professor of the National Key Discipline of Information and Communication Engineering. He has long been committed to research in the fields of space information network and security, space signal processing, and more.




Prof. Haixia Long
Hainan Normal University, China

Haixia Long was born in Jiangsu province, China in 1980. She received the M.S. degree in computer software and theory from the Jiangnan University in 2007 and the Ph.D. degree in light industry information technology and engineering from Jiangnan University in 2010. She is currently a professor with the college of Information science technology, Hainan Normal University. She published more than 40 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. Her research interests include deep learning, artificial intelligence, cyberspace security and bioinformatics.

Prof. Kuei-Fang Hsiao
University of Sharjah, Sharjah

Kuei-Fang Hsiao is currently a Professor with the Department of Information Systems, University of Sharjah, Sharjah. She is a Senior member of the IEEE. She is an Associate Editor of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems (since 2013~present) and Editor of Journal of Platform Technology (since 2014~present). She has served as Program Chair in IEEE CITS 2014, Registration Chair in IEEE CITS 2015, Vice General Chair in IEEE CITS 2016, Executive General Chair in IEEE CITS 2017~2019 and Executive General Chair in IEEE CCCI 2020.

Dr. Muhammad Ibrar
Shenyang Normal University, China

Assistant Professor at ILMA University, Karachi, Pakistan, who delves into the exciting fields of Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, IT Education in Society, Knowledge and Management, Public Policy Management, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Transportation, Emerging Technologies, Cyber Security, and Policy-making. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Government Postgraduate College Dargai Malakand and the University of Swabi. He has published more than 60 articles in Scientific Journals and Conference Proceedings. Currently, he is also making significant contributions as a faculty member at Shenyang Normal University and tutor at AIlma Iqbal Open University in Islamabad, Pakistan, where he is passionately pursuing his teaching responsibilities remotely.



Dr. Mehboob Ali
Guangxi Minzu University, China

Mehboob Ali is a faculty member at School of Mathematics and Physics, Guangxi Minzu University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of Fluid mechanics, Covid-19 and many other mathematical models. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Mohi-ud-din Islamic university as an assistant professor and the University of Haripur in Pakistan. He has published more than 85 articles in Scientific Journals. The h-index is 26 with the total impact factor is 250 above. Currently, he is also working on many projects and making significant contributions at Guangxi Minzu University, where he is passionately pursuing his research interests remotely.



Dr. Faisal Mehmood
Peking university, China

Faisal Mehmood received his PhD in control theory and control engineering from the Department of Automation, School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), China, in 2019. Currently, he is a postdoc fellow at Peking university, Shenzhen graduate school, China. His current research interests include software engineering, networks safety and security, blockchain technology, and software testing techniques.












Dr. Kottilingam Kottursamy
Anna University, India

Kottilingam Kottursamy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Technology at Anna University, Chennai, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, With a strong background in computer science and engineering, Kottursamy has significantly contributed to the fields of Next-Generation Wireless Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Computational Biology. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and ASCI-India, showcasing his dedication and recognition in his field. Dr. Kottursamy's research has resulted in numerous publications in high-impact journals, including studies on blockchain-integrated multi-agent deep reinforcement learning, feature fusion for predicting fibrous dysplasia bone disorders, and privacy-preserving hierarchical deterministic key generation in public blockchains. His innovative work has been instrumental in advancing knowledge and practical applications in wireless communications and AI-driven medical diagnostics. Dr. Kottursamy's collaborative efforts extend internationally, working with esteemed researchers from institutions such as Oakland University, Manchester City University, and La Trobe University. His contributions to funded projects and patents further underline his commitment to innovative research and technological advancement.

Shahid Karim received his BS degree in Electronics from Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad, Pakistan, and his MS degree in electronics and information engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He completed his PhD at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China in 2019. He has published more than 50 articles in core conferences and journals. His current research interests include robotics, artificial intelligence, computer vision, and multidimensional imagery.

Prof. Dr. Hang Li is a professor and master supervisor in the Software College, Shenyang Normal University. His research interests include Software Engineering, AI, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Network Protocol Design and Verification, Distributed Systems, cloud and edge computing, blockchain, Image processing. He is the president of Software College, Shenyang Normal University. He is the director of Intelligent Information Processing Laboratory. His research has been funded by NSFC, and Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He is a Senior Member of CCF, a member of IEEE. He had published more than 50 papers related to the research area. He had been awarded by Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher of Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province (Education Department of Liaoning province 200612225), Second prize of National Defense Science and Technology Award of Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense 2005GFJ2126-6), First Prize of Science and Technology Award of China North Industries Group (China North Industries Group 2005-BQJ-1-0019-6).










Dr. Shoulin Yin
Shenyang Normal University, China

Shoulin Yin is a PhD. Currently he is a lecture in Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang, China and the Deputy Director of Intelligent Information Processing Laboratory in Shenyang Normal University. He has published more than 100 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include Software Engineering, AI, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Image processing, Remote Sensing, Pattern Recognition. Dr. Yin's research work focuses on various image processing and computation communication methods through technology, developing new and innovative approaches for industrial control, remote sensing image, medical imaging. He has worked with hospitals, education groups in China and internationally on a number of projects. Dr. Yin has worked with a number of engineers, educator. Projects included work with images, sensors, web applications, and HIPAA compliant cloud servers. His experience extends to working with military institution in China. Dr. Anas Bilal

Anas Bilal received a B.S. degree in telecommunication and networks from Iqra University, Pakistan, in 2013, an M.S. degree in electrical and electronic systems from the University of Lahore, Pakistan, in 2016, and a Ph.D. degree in Electronics science and technology from Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China in 2021. Currently, he is working as an assistant Professor and undergraduate supervisor at the Software College, Hainan Normal University, Haikou, China. He has published more than 30 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include AI, Computer vision, Image processing, medical imaging, Remote Sensing, and Pattern Recognition. Dr. Anas's research work focuses on various image processing and computation communication methods through technology, developing new and innovative approaches for medical imaging, and remote sensing images.

Associate Researcher. Yu Zhou
Hainan Normal University, China

Yu Zhou (Member, IEEE) was born in 1980. Research Associate, Ph.D. Yu Zhou received the BEng degree from Zhengzhou University in 2002, and the MEng and PhD degrees from University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK in 2003 and 2008, respectively. From 2010 to 2011, he was a lecturer at the School of Computer Engineering and Science, Shanghai University. From 2011 to 2014, he was a principle engineer at Shanghai R&D Center, Delta Electronics. In 2014 he joined Hainan Normal University. His current research interests include circuit design, logic synthesis, and CAD tools for asynchronous circuits and systems.

Hainan Tropical Ocean University, China

Haifeng Wang, Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor. Graduated from the Northeast Forestry University in 2015. Worded in Hainan Tropical Ocean University. His research interests include computer vision and pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and intelligent control, computer network communication.

David Williams is the Academic Director of Computing at Dublin Business School, Ireland. An experienced technologist and educator, he bridges the gap between technology skills and innovative teaching. Dr. Alok Kumar
Ericsson-Tallinn, Estonia

ALOK KUMAR is Ph.D in Information and Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 2021. He has received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electronics and communication engineering from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, India, in 2012 and 2016. Currently he is working as Antenna Engineer in Ericsson-Tallinn, Estonia, Europe. He has been awarded with ERICM Fellowship-2022, EuMA Internship Award-2021 and Outstanding International Students-2020 organized by CSC, China. Dr. Alok was a recipient of MHRD awarded CSC scholarship in 2017. He has been selected for a CSC scholarship by the ministry of India. He has published 14 scientific journal papers and 3 international conference papers. He also served as a reviewer for different journals and conferences. His research interest primarily includes microwave biosensor, substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) based gas sensor, microwave antenna, integrated passive components for microwave applications.


Dr. Muhammad Khuram Shahzad
Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and information Technology, Pakistan

Dr. Muhammad Khuram Shahzad was born in Chiniot, Pakistan in 1986. He received the B.Sc degree in Physics from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan in 2006, and got the Master degree from the GCU, Faisalabad, Pakistan, He in 2011. He completed doctoral degree in Physics from Harbin Institute of Technology, China on 2019. Now, Dr. Muhammad Khuram Shahzad is working as Assistant Professor in the department of physics in Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Pakistan. His research interests include up-conversion nanomaterials doped rare earth ions for thermal sensors application, and lanthanide-doped luminescent materials, and current research are mainly focused on the photocatalysis and their applications. Till now, more than 20 SCI papers have been published in different international journals.
